Before me is a photograph of this darling baby, resting on silken cushions and wearing a very long and beautiful heirloom christening robe. It is very full and at the bottom are two bands of fine embroidery with shirring between. The bottom of the robe is finished with a matching scalloped edged embroidery. Down the front of the robe are ten or eleven bands of the embroidery with soft shirring between. The little one is truly a beautiful child.
